Scott Wolf and his wife, Kelley, are ending their marriage after more than two decades together. The couple, who tied the knot in 2004, shares three children: Jackson, Miller, and Lucy. Wolf, a prominent figure known for his role as Bailey Salinger on the 1990s series “Party of Five,” has yet to publicly comment on the breakup.
Kelley announced the dissolution of their marriage in an emotional social media post on Tuesday. Alongside a photo of a lion in the wild, she expressed the difficulty of the decision, stating, “It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage.”
She clarified that the choice to separate was not made impulsively. “This has been a long, quiet journey for me—rooted in hope, patience, and care for our children. While I will not speak publicly about the details, I feel peace knowing that I’ve done everything I can to walk this path with integrity and compassion,” Kelley shared.
Despite their split, Kelley praised Scott as “one of the best fathers I’ve ever known” and referred to him as “one of the best partners a woman could have the privilege of sharing life with.”
Kelley continued to express admiration for her soon-to-be ex-husband, calling him “kind, thoughtful, funny, and beautiful in spirit.” She emphasized that her commitment to their children’s wellbeing and her own healing remains steadfast. “My priority has always been their wellbeing—and my own healing. That will never change,” she stated.
In her post, Kelley also conveyed her hopes for the future, writing, “I am stepping into a chapter of peace, freedom, and protection—with grace.” She thanked those who have supported her and requested privacy during this challenging time. “May we all remember: healing isn’t loud. It’s sacred. 🤍”
The announcement comes just a week after the couple’s 21st wedding anniversary, a milestone neither acknowledged publicly. In 2024, Kelley revealed that she had almost ended the relationship but decided against it. “I love you. I love you more than I’ve ever loved anybody. I almost loved you enough to stop loving myself,” she recounted.
Kelley reflected on a pivotal moment when Scott fought to save their marriage. “You are really going to leave. I believe you. I can see it. I can feel it. And there is no chance in hell I am going to let that happen, so let’s do this,” he reportedly told her.
The couple experienced a challenging period, but Kelley noted their bond was strengthened through those trials. Scott Wolf rose to fame in 1994 with his role in “Party of Five,” which chronicled the lives of siblings coping with the loss of their parents. Kelley gained fame as a contestant on MTV’s “The Real World: New Orleans,” later winning “The Real World/Road Rules Challenge,” where she eventually met Scott in New York City.
