Zack Wickham Discusses His ‘Scrotox’ Experience on ‘The Valley’

In a candid revelation, Zack Wickham shared his experience with a unique cosmetic procedure known as ‘Scrotox,’ which involves injecting Botox into the scrotum. This moment was featured on a recent episode of ‘The Valley.’

Wickham, who pursued the treatment both for aesthetic enhancement and to potentially improve sexual pleasure, described it saying, “Apparently, it feels really good during sex and just looks aesthetically better. You know how balls go up and down? I just was like, ‘You know what? Let’s see what happens when they stay down.’”

Accompanied by co-star Daniel Booko to the medical facility, Wickham noted that while he was eager for the procedure, Booko opted out of participating.

According to Dr. Giselle Prado-Wright, a Florida-based cosmetic surgeon, ‘Scrotox’ functions by relaxing the cremaster muscle, which controls the movement of the testicles. “When this muscle is overactive, it can cause the scrotum to contract tightly or retract, which some patients find uncomfortable or unappealing. By temporarily inactivating this reflex with Botox, the scrotum hangs lower, creating a smoother, more relaxed appearance,” she explained.

Patients who undergo the procedure often report not only improved aesthetics but also heightened sensitivity and comfort during intimacy. Additionally, the Center for Advanced Urology highlights that ‘Scrotox’ can help with issues such as excessive sweating, enhancing the overall look and feel of the scrotum. The procedure is relatively quick, typically lasting between 15 and 30 minutes, with minimal recovery time involved.

In an earlier podcast appearance on Page Six’s ‘Virtual Reali-Tea,’ Wickham discussed cast member Janet Caperna’s journey to joining ‘The Valley,’ suggesting that her status as a fan of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ played a significant role. He said, “[Caperna] explains it as she just happened to go to a pool party, Scheana [Shay] just happened to be there.”

Wickham’s sentiments were echoed by fellow cast member Luke Broderick, who also commented on the fan dynamic.

‘The Valley’ airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with new episodes available on Peacock the following day.
